Mama's KitchenHome Delivered Meals ProgramMama's Kitchen Home delivered meal program provides three meals a day, free of charge, 365 days a year to men, women and children affected by HIV/AIDS. These meals provide life-sustaining nutrition to those too ill to prepare meals for themselves. Goal to return and retain them in HIV primary care and treatment. Vista Community ClinicHIV/AIDS Prevention in North County (PINC)Maintain vital prevention services for high-risk HIV negative and positive individuals in the face of state budget cuts. A Health educator will provide group and individual level HIV education and prevention. |
