The AIDS caregiving program provides 24-hour personal care and supervision including managing medication regiments for residents.

Support & Mental Health for HIV+  & High Risk Individuals

To offer harm reduction/support group for HIV+ men who  use Meth and to provide mental health services for individuals who are HIV+ or at high risk and have co-occurring conditions of substance abuse and mental health problems.

Mama's Kitchen

Home Delivered Meals Program

Mama's Kitchen Home delivered meal program provides three meals a day, free of charge, 365 days a year to men, women and children affected by HIV/AIDS.  These meals provide life-sustaining nutrition to those too ill to prepare meals for themselves.

North County Health Services

Community HIV Testing & Counseling Services

The proposed program will provide HIV outreach, education/prevention, testing/counseling and referrals to primary care & other services to anyone who tests positive.  Services will be provided via our medical mobile clinic; the program's target population will be agricultural/immigrant workers who live and work in remote rural and semi-rural communities in north county.

Youth HIV Prevention & Education Program

The goal of this proposal it to continue offering Samahan Youth 2 Youth Center as a resource in providing HIV counseling and testing, community education and awareness to youths aged 12-24 living in the South Bay.

Amigos de CASA/Our place Rafiki Program

The focus of these programs has been shifted to provided HIV prevention services to the south region Latinos and African Americans.  Key program activities: HIV testing, targeted prevention activities, partner counseling.

Home-delivered Meal Program

To prepare, assemble and deliver free nutritious hot and cold meals  Monday thru Friday  for men, women and children with AIDS in San Diego.

University of California San Diego

Engaging and Retaining Loss to Follow-up HIV Patients in Primary Care

Targets Owen Clinic patients who have received care but have not had an appointment in the past six months. Goal to return and retain them in HIV primary care and treatment.

Vista Community Clinic

HIV/AIDS Prevention in North County (PINC)

Maintain vital prevention services for high-risk HIV negative and positive individuals in the face of state budget cuts. A Health educator will provide group and individual level HIV education and prevention.
