1. Is giving monthly helpful to the San Diego Human Dignity Foundation?
Absolutely! As a monthly donor you are a vital partner in all aspects of our work. Your commitment to a monthly gift provides predictable and steady funding for our ongoing efforts to build our community’s endowment, lead our strategic grant making activities, host educational events, administer donor-advised funds, and provide leadership in fostering positive social change.
2. Do I have to enter my credit card information each month?
No, one time is all you need. Once you provide SDHDF with your credit card information, we will automatically charge your card until you cancel.
3. I’m a monthly donor. How can I update my information or cancel future payments?
It’s very easy. Simply click here to contact us at the office to notify us of the change.
4. On which day will my card be charged each month?
Typically SDHDF charges monthly contributions on the first of the month. If you prefer an alternate date, please contact us, and we will make the necessary arrangements.
5. Can I use my debit card?
Of course! You can make a monthly contribution using your debit or credit card.
6. How do I increase my monthly gift amount?
Please contact us here to let us know of the change.
7. What if my credit card expires?
Please contact us here to provide us with the new credit card information date. If not, someone from SDHDF will contact you via phone or email as a reminder.
San Diego Human Dignity Foundation Announces New Grant Programs!
The San Diego Human Dignity Foundation’s board of directors is proud to announce the star of two new grant opportunites to benefit San Diego's Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender (LGBT) community starting this year. In one program SDHDF will designate up to $50,000 to match qualifying donations to participating LGBT non-profit organizations for the time period of July 1, 2013 to June 30, 2014. Certian qualifying restrictions will apply. In the second program, the SDHDF Board of Directors has designated up to $100,000 from its general endowment to be expended in a direct grant program for the upcoming year. Grants of up to $10,000 may be awarded to qualifying organizations that deliver strong programs and services to the LGBT community.
